RTProSL+ All Inclusive Modules
Administration - Controls system setup settings, features to use, user login security, and API Keys.
File Maintenance - Maintain tables such as Locations, Inventory categories, Production types, Payments, Terms, Tax rates, Footers, Owners, and more.
Inventory - Handles all Rental and Sales Inventory, availability and reservations, accessories, repairs, inspection, retired inventory, and pricing. This module also allows conducting Physical Inventory counts and setting parameters such as minimum and maximum equipment per location and applying currency conversion rates for global clients.
Order Processing - This module handles all rental and sales quoting, sub-rentals, checkouts/ins, contracts, and monitoring of orders across Parent companies, Production companies, and Contact persons. Reports such as replacement cost, subrental vendor return receipts, and Gantt Charts of Equipment Availability are accessible here along with the ability approve or reject request as a supervisor.
Billing - Create drafts and confirm invoices per order, batch, multi-order, or invoice for non-orders. Track what orders need to be billed for rentals, loss, damages, labor, space, and sales charges. Billing reports available include Orders to Bill Report, Invoice Register, and General Ledger Distribution Reports, Gaps in Billing and more.
Purchase Orders - Allows tracking of POs used for purchasing and sub-renting equipment. Inventory POs offer a streamlined ecosystem from ordering > receiving > posting > invoicing. Subrental POs can be tracked against the equipment activity, quoted amount, vendor's invoice amount, and subrental billed/accruals by creating a subrental invoice plan.
Reports - Over 125 reports and more than 500+ configurations of reports such as Equipment and Barcode Utilization, Revenue generated, Late Return/Shipment, In Repair, Current Rental Reports, Sales Activity, Inventory In-Transit, Balance and Value, Tax Liability, User Login History, and much more. Reports can be scheduled to email or saved or printed.
Space Scheduling - Schedule and book any type of space, such as Stages, Office, and Parking spots. Supports hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly for quoting, scheduling, and billing. It also handles special weekend and overtime rates and can be view in calendar or Gantt chart to handle booking conflicts.
History - Archive and view data no longer active such as closed orders, billing, purchase orders, and repairs.
Included Advanced Features
Dashboard Widgets - Create custom dashboards to view and analyze data from a variety of business intelligent widgets. Users can monitor inventory values, status of orders, orders to bill, PO accruals, truck dispatching, space scheduling bookings and with no additional cost of a users license.
Business Intelligence - Important data such as Equipment, Productions, and Reports can be displayed as graphs and charts to help with analysis and presentation.
Truck Dispatching - Delivery and Pickup requests can handled here by a dispatcher to assign drivers and trucks with the option to link it to orders and subrentals.
System Messaging - Start a chat room linked to orders, invoices, and POs and store it for later viewing. Message boards can be set up for automated System messages that can alert users of activities such as modified orders, dispatch requests, Checkout, and Check-in processes, and much more.
Online e-Signature - Email a signature request to be e-signed such as quotes, contracts, and subrental vendor return receipts. Once signed, it will automatically be saved and attached as a pdf.
Help Manual - Online help manual with clear instructions and tutorials. Users can jump directly to the chapter or page for which the user is working in RTProSL+.
Free iOS Applications
RTPro+ Image App - Users can take new or view existing images directly from the free mobile app. Pictures taken will be uploaded directly to RTProSL+ as a direct link without the need to download and upload the image.
RTPro+ e-Signature App - Provide clients doing a will call or pickup to sign contracts and checkin sheets directly from a iOS device as a signature pad. Signed documents will uploaded and attach to RTProSL+ immediately.
